Using the store
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use Ghaib only for genuine shopping and bidding. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Product photographs, copy, brand assets, and site content belong to Ghaib or their respective owners and may not be reused commercially without permission.
Products and condition
Ghaib sells pre-owned clothing. Natural wear, fading, repairs, and small variations are part of a piece's condition. We aim to show and describe material details honestly, but screen colours and fit can vary.
Measurements and size guidance are provided to help you decide. The size printed on a garment may differ from its present-day fit, so customers should review the listed measurements before ordering.
Fixed-price orders
A submitted order is a request to purchase, not a final confirmation of payment or dispatch. Stock is reserved for a limited period while Ghaib reviews the order and confirms payment and delivery.
One-time pieces become unavailable once successfully ordered. Multi-unit items reduce in quantity with each confirmed reservation. Ghaib may cancel and restore stock where payment is not completed, information is invalid, or an order appears abusive.
Auctions and bidding
Auction listings show the opening bid, minimum increment, closing time, current bid, and any buy-now option. A valid bid is an intention to buy at that amount if you are selected as the winner.
To protect fair participation, Ghaib may restrict repeat bidding from the same account, device, or network and may reject suspicious or automated activity. Auctions are settled after closing; the highest valid bid may still depend on reserve requirements and administrator review.
Payment, delivery, and returns
Payment and delivery instructions are confirmed after an order is reviewed. Delivery timing and charges depend on the destination and courier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable phone number.
Return eligibility depends on the published store policy and the reason for return. A change of mind may be treated differently from a materially incorrect description. Contact Ghaib promptly with the order number and clear photographs if something is wrong.
Changes and contact
Ghaib may update these terms as the store, payment methods, delivery partners, or auction process evolves. The date at the top shows the latest revision; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
